Our Team
Key to Récyf's Success

Our team is us! 43 talented employees with diverse skills. Together, we realize our eco-creative project.

Engaging in industry inevitably involves both women and men. Reflections, ideas, collective constructions all tend towards improving systems through innovation. The fragility of natural resources concerns us all. It determines the optimization of our processes, operations, and investments.

Safety and well-being at work condition the smooth progress of each day. Production staff receive complete personal protective equipment (PPE), adapted to their positions. All other employees also have PPE to enter production areas. Upon each new arrival, a presentation of safety rules is conducted by the QHSE (Quality Hygiene Safety Environment) manager.

Our Ecological Commitment

Un avenir plus réjouissant par la valorisation des matières et le respect de l'environnement

SUPPORTING OUR ETHICS

Récyf has never turned away from its initial motivations for environmental protection. Research, innovation, our choices always undergo genuine reflection linked to ecological challenges.

PROMOTING RECYCLING AND SAVING NATURAL RESOURCES

Instead of extracting from the soil or subsoil, let’s use existing material to produce new objects.

EXPLOITING DRY METHODS

The sorting and separation processes we develop and operate do not require water input.

REDUCING CARBON FOOTPRINT

Once isolated and cleaned, metals are directed to refining processes in Europe. The clear choice we make to transform recycled material directly, without going through refiners, definitively aligns with the intention to reduce our carbon footprint. Ensuring on-site optimization of material before any manufacturing remains the objective. Launching the production of objects with this revealed new material has emerged as an obvious step. We demonstrate that a new path exists.

AFFIRMING THE CONCEPT OF RECYCLED-RECYCLABLE

The reuse of materials has positive effects on reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Energy recovery during incineration, as well as avoiding the entire production cycle of new structures or objects (water, energy, materials), contributes to these benefits.
